Your responsibilities would include:

• Creating and issuing invoices based on the incoming requests
• Managing and updating the invoicing template
• Preparing the data and calculation for the monthly and quarterly recharges
• Raising corrective billing documents which may result from disputes
• Sending and archiving the invoices
• Performing internal controls
• Monitoring and ensuring the proper document flow in the system
• Cooperating with both internal and external stakeholders on billing related topics
• Responding to various invoicing-related queries
• Regularly updating the Team Leader about developments and progress of relevant operational issues

You are a good Candidate if:

• Fluent knowledge of English (C1)
• Very good Excel skills
• Ability to work within a team and show initiative
• Attention to details and accuracy
• Problem analysis and problem-solving skills
