Your role

Are you committed with an analytical and logical mind-set? Are you motivated to work in a complex and global environment? We are looking for a keen resource to help focus on Risk Control within the wider global team in IT Storage control function.

Your team

You'll be part of the Infrastructure and Platform team which is a global organization within Group Technology. Infrastructure Storage Supports with responsibility to maintain and enhance Risk based operational control. Our team drives Continual Service improvement initiatives.

Your expertise

• have an understanding of storage technologies including SAN/NAS and Backup as they will be expected to interface directly with our external storage vendor, who is contracted to deliver the global storage environment
• with a specific focus on Risk and Operational Controls based on ITIL standards, you will need to have some experience of creating and managing Risk-based operational controls for services and an awareness of Risk processes (e.g. evidence gathering etc.,).
• work on projects and tasks independently and manage these through to completion, while providing regular updates to management and peers
• work within a global distributed team across multiple technology areas within Storage.
