Location: Kraków

Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will have responsibility for recruitment assignments in Poland and other EMEA State Street locations.

To deliver this, the successful candidate will:

• Consult with Business Leaders on current and future talent acquisition needs
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to create and implement a holistic recruiting strategy encompassing senior levels for assigned businesses to support hiring goals
• Utilize targeted direct sourcing strategies, screening methods and selection tools to ensure consistent results and high quality hires
• Partner with HR Business Partners and other members of the Talent Acquisition team to identify, attract and hire “best in class” talent
• Track and report recruiting statistics and maintain recruiting system with a high level of integrity and accuracy
• Actively participate in global talent acquisition and HR initiatives and promote leading practices
• Assist in providing guidance and mentoring to team members, sharing knowledge and supporting their development and effectiveness

Requirements:

- Minimum 6 years of recruitment experience within executive search/ in-house/ agency environment

- Strong experience in financial services in an international environment would be a benefit

- Proven experience in creating effective sourcing strategies incl. direct search, market mapping and headhunting

- Experience in working with senior stakeholders, client focus, strong organizational and project management skills

- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (i.e. Workday) and MS Office applications
