Your role
Do you enjoy delivering strategic projects together with a passionate team? Do you want to build up the knowledge around internal outsourcing framework and project management? Are you an analytical thinker with attention to detail? Are you a good team player? If so, we are looking for someone like that to:
• become a Subject Matter Expert in the Third Party Risk Management area
• support the implementation of elements of the IEO Framework across all UBS locations and/or identify existing process improvements
• perform Key Procedural Controls and support other IEO control processes like e.g. the annual IEO RE affirmation process with UBS entities globally
• provide briefing sessions to key internal stakeholders
• act as point of escalation for Run the Bank and ongoing projects related activities
• ensure up to date documentation is published and available to key internal stakeholders
Your day to day work will include a broad array of activities related Third Party Management, ranging from regular RTB activities through to project related, ad-hoc tasks.
Your team
You’ll be working in the Inter Entity Outsourcing (IEO) Team. You will join the Third Party Risk Management area that is responsible for all facets of inter entity outsourcing framework.
The inter entity outsourcing framework ensures that UBS legal entities globally comply with regulatory outsourcing requirements related to inter entity outsourcing arrangements between UBS entities.
By joining the IEO team you will have an opportunity to enhance your organizational and teamwork skills. You will also going to have an opportunity to cooperate with team members located all over the world.
Your expertise
• 4 - 7 years of relevant experience, e.g. project or risk management
• experience within Third Party Risk Management will be considered as a huge plus
• familiarity with outsourcing regulatory requirements across different jurisdictions is a plus
• ability to liaise with clients and manage relationships to ensure completion of tasks
• excellent analytical and data reporting skills
• ability to deal with ad-hoc job requests from multiple clients
• prior experience of working with international clients is desired
• stakeholder management and excellent communication skills
• motivation to resolve problems and can–do attitude
• technical skill set: proficient in MS Office suite
• proficiency in English
• good organization skills and detail orientation
• experienced in data analysis is a plus
