WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Final-year student, graduate, university degree in Supply Chain / Project Management / Business administration / CSR or Waste Management Area is welcomed to apply,
• Ideally, with 1-3 years working experience in Supply Chain / Project Management / Business administration / CSR or Waste Management Areas,
• Experience in working as a project coordinator or cross-functional teams is an added advantage,
• An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans,
• Sound organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management,
• Strong client-facing and collaboration skills,
• Proficiency in English, both oral and written.

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

• Coordinate the execution of the deployment projects as per the requirements set by the team,
• Support a multicultural and cross-functional team in identifying the Export Compliance requirements and the meaningful impact on the project execution,
• Maintain and distribute all relevant documentation to all involved parties,
• Build and distribute project plans, schedule, charters,
• Ensure that the project information is realistic in terms of cost and timing,
• Prepare any relevant presentations and reports tailoring them to the encouraged internal or external audience,
• Capture, analyze and consolidate qualitative and quantitative data within the frame of the project execution to provide information based on sound analysis and within clearly defined policies and principles,
• Carry out all activities to ensure that all PMI compliance, standards, policies and law relating to these activities are fully respected, coordinated and understood by all partners.
