Customer Service Agent with Czech and Slovak Language
- receiving incoming calls from customers (calls in Czech),
- messages from customers handled via e-mails,
- providing information on claims already submitted and those that customers want to submit,
- informing about the rules of return, complaints, etc.
- answering customers’ questions regarding loyalty programs and promotion
- knowledge of Czech language at C1 level,
- knowledge of English language at a communicative level,
- openness to work with an international team,
- ability to build long term relationships with clients,
- readiness to work in business hours
