Customer Service Representatives with German
- Answering customer requests or inquiries in German
- Providing customers via phone or chat with innovative solutions to meet their needs;
- Delivering first-class customer experience;
- Creating a positive impression of the support team.
- Excellent German written and spoken language skills are a must;
- Good knowledge of English;
- Availability to work on a shift schedule (5 days a week) between Monday – Sunday between 7AM – 10PM (8 hour shifts);
- Elementary knowledge of Computing devices like Laptops, PCs, Smart Phones, Tablets, etc.
