Your role
Are you passionate about technology? Want to delve into the digital world? If you answered yes, our Tech Internship Program could be the perfect fit for you!
The program offers you the chance to spend up to 18 months being a part one of our technology teams in Krakow or in Wroclaw. You’ll:
• be part of the project team and be involved in day-to-day tasks alongside our tech professionals
• learn about new technologies, our products and other core business topics
• apply your knowledge and expertise to delivering solutions and system
• learn about general aspects of investment banking, wealth management, asset management and personal & corporate banking
• get to know your colleagues through networking, events and cross-business trainings
Your team
Join one of our engineering teams in Krakow or Wroclaw and develop your programming skills, selling your ideas, communicating and helping others achieve state of the art delivery pipelines.
Working alongside our engineers and businesses stakeholders will allow you to gain a wider perspective on technology and how it's used in the financial industry.
Your expertise
You have:
• Computer science, engineering or economics academic background, ideally
• Desire to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Focus on quality
Experience or knowledge in one (or several) of the area:
- developing software in Java, Python, C# or C++
- testing web-based applications and/or knowledge of test methodologies and tools
- SQL, XML and UML
- knowledge of network and internet architecture and/or information security, and/or data analysis/data mining for IT purposes would be an asset
- interest in information security and IT Risk & Control
- knowledge of agile development practices (Scrum, XP, Kanban etc.)
- knowledge of basic programming tools/approaches such as Github, TDD, OOP
