What you’ll do:
- Manage translation and localization processes in multiple languages for Amway Academy education solutions
- Assisting with coordinating and managing daily translation and localization processes from task assignment to delivery
- Working closely with the Education Solutions teams to support decision making process of training assets/channels/formats to be localized regarding resources
- Preparing briefings/instructions to agencies on company details to ensure quality translations
- Working closely with translation/localization agencies, to compare quotes and offers, to monitor and perform quality checks and ensure that the translated content fulfills all necessary criteria
- Create guidelines for Amway internal local translators/proofreaders
- Assisting with maintaining/updating current training materials
- Assisting with training new Amway internal translators/proofreaders on translation guidelines and translation processes
- Contributing to translation & localization testing efforts on LMS for all European languages, Southern Africa, ANZ
- Troubleshooting any technical issues and/or sourcing content-related questions during translation processes
- Performing administrative duties as required
- Supporting communication schedules for new online training assets in Europe, SA, ANZ
What you’ll need:
- Experience in Education, Communications, Marketing, or related fields
- Experience in translation coordination
- English in writing/speech, foreign language(s) knowledge is a plus
- Experience in project processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
- Technical savvy and willing to acquire skills to use various software
- Organized, precise, with communication and interpersonal skills
- A sense of responsibility and time management skills
- Showing organizational skills, attention to detail
- A fast learner and a team player with a can-do attitude
- Able to act with some supervision
- Self-motivated, service orientated, dependable personality
- Good social skills in building relationships, ability to communicate at all levels both internally and also with external stakeholders
- Good team player
- Appreciation of cultural differences across Europe and ability to work across borders
- Skills in working with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
