What will you do as The Service Coordinator 1SC:

• Follow up of the specific activities to be performed for a project

• Check data quality of the work performed according to the project plan

• Be customer focused

• Coordinate work performed during execution of the project

• Manage Small customer projects

• Assist the Project Managers on all main administrative tasks

• Support the Project Managers on the Large and Medium customer projects

• Organize Lead meetings with customers and management

• Cooperate closely with other internal departments

• Follow up shipping material from producer to warehouse customer

• Overview project deployment at customer premises including booking of engineers in coordination with planning team

What we expect form you:

• Strong verbal communication skills in English, Dutch

• Educational level at least BA degree or in progress

• Demonstrates strong resourcefulness in researching for data and information

• Demonstrates strong focus for results especially when dealing with the client and points of contact

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills capable of inductive thinking, and applies lessons learned in the past to current situations issues

• Strong planning skills manages multiple priorities and tasks

• Strong sense of ownership responsibility toward owns work and takes opportunity to make a contribution beyond job
