About the job

You will join our BAESS Release Train supporting HR and Finance consisting of several teams. You will be the dedicated Test Coordinator and Tester for three to five teams. You will work very closely with the developers, architects and business, leading the path to best practices of test with Continuous Improvement approach.

As a Test Coordinator you:

• Work closely with Product Owners from the business and Developers from IT to enable the best possible test set-up and execution,
• Create and obtain approval of and maintain the test plan,
• Execute the test plan within planning and budget,
• Assess the test process,
• Create testcases and perform tests,
• Coordinate the Day-to-day test activities,
• Execute work distribution,
• Monitor progress,
• Give input to or create test strategy determination & risk assessment,
• Specification of procedures and standards based on company standards,
• Participating in agile ceremonies (project meetings),
• Have an agile mindset “by heart” – and a pragmatic approach – “to make it happen”.

Who are you?

You are an experienced Tester with some experience as Test Coordinator within IT-Development ready take the next step and join a highly agile organization. You have experience in a similar role and a proven track record of succeeding being in charge of tests. You are a positive team player with a growth mindset, excellent communication- and cooperation skills. You manage your stakeholders and a personal drive to succeed – together with others.

• Master’s degree in either IT or business orientated field,
• At least 3 - 5 years in a tester role in a multicultural/global organization,
• Experience in Agile methodologies,
• Good general IT understanding,
• You speak and write English effortlessly.
