Who we are looking for
Currently we are looking for Business Risk Manager, Officer in our office in Krakow (CBK).
The objective of the role is to provide support to the EMEA Business Risk Management teams, producing governance papers, various analysis and management information along with completion of various administrative tasks that support control reporting. Ideally, we are looking for a self-driven candidate with risk management experience combined with project management experience and technical skills that will support efficient processes and change management.

The role is a part of Business Risk Management function, that is responsible for providing a holistic view of risk and controls for the First Line of Defense through strong partnerships with business units and corporate functions.
What you will be responsible for
- Identifying opportunities in process, implementing efficiencies and strengthening the control environment by leveraging both risk management and technology knowledge
- Production / coordination and review of formal reporting packs for key risk forums, signing off completeness and accuracy
- Production / review and distribution of various risk reports and analysis including investigation and analysis of exceptions, data integrity and other issues
- Collating, analyzing and consolidation of data, documents and assertions from multiple sources
- Taking part in risk committee meetings and providing data overview if required
- Ensuring quality service is delivered on time to assigned stakeholders of the team
- Maintaining and developing team’s SharePoint site including workflows and access management
- Monitoring process changes and following them in cooperation with donor sites team.
- Developing and implementing processes, tools and reporting templates
- Delivering various controlling activities per established procedures
- Maintaining collaborative relationships with internal business partners
- Coordinating or leading various ad-hoc requests, projects and transitions
- Supervising and training other team members

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- University degree in the field of finance, computer science, data management or other technical field
- 5+ years of professional experience in Financial Services, Reporting, Risk Management or other relevant area
- Experienced in Risk and Project management
- Fluency in English
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access)
- Advanced SharePoint skills
- Knowledge of BI tools is an asset (Tableau, Power BI).
