Your new role
As a Business Analyst, Senior Associate you will support internal clients to achieve successful implementation of Target Operating model by providing operating model support and expertise. You will Investigate new and better ways of meeting the needs of our clients ensuring an emphasis on risk reduction, efficiency and control.
As a Business Analyst, Senior Associate you will:

Coordinate, communicate, manage and explain Finance Programs applicable to GAO across organization

Lead Project Initiatives around Global Accounting Organization / Global Finance Centre

Act as an Archer Champion within GAO to effectively support Issue Management and perform regular reporting
-
Provide to GAO subject matter expertise around Risk & Controls Programs and Policies
-
Execute Finance Program timely completion to ensure GAO adherence to all required Programs
-
Support process improvement efforts
-
Support Audit Issues timely closure
-
ISRMP coordination, maintenance and closure
-
Monitor SLA, SOP, BPM Taxonomy, Performance Metrics
-
Support Regulatory Reporting (Representative Letter, 14Q FR-Y)
-
Work with Business Risk Management, SOX and BCP Teams
-
Share best practices to implement a strong and robust control environment in GAO
What we value
Desired experience and qualifications:

5 years of experience in similar position

Project Management experience would be an advantage

Management Reporting experience would be an advantage

Advanced knowledge of MS Office is necessary
