Job Description
In this role, you have the opportunity to
Work in department, where you will learn process of transport goods across the globe, participate in freight audit invoices, generating and improving reports, daily contact with vendors, forwarders and much more.
You are responsible for
- Preparing daily meetings (lean daily management boards)
- Excel master data for transport orders and freight audits
- Supporting transport department with daily tasks
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- Able to work 35-40h/week
- Very good command of English and fluency in Polish is a must
- Experience in logistics will be an asset
- Good numerical ability and analytical skills
- Intermediate or advanced Excel knowledge
- Problem-solving and result-oriented approach
- Engaged, motivated, ambitious, eager to learn and develop new skills and knowledge
- Working well individually as well as a part of a team
