In this role, you have the opportunity to

help to enable new businesses to effectively sell, transact and deliver their solutions in support of the Philips growth strategy. Typical criteria for success are on time delivery, user adoption and on target performance. With this you will build and operate a strong network of business stakeholders, subject matter experts and peers.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing and coordinating the requirement assessment and determination of business integration and onboarding needs with and between the integration, business, marketing team(s)

  • Helping to determine, design, build and lead deployment of new capabilities (process, tool, people, data) in the scope of catalog, lead and opportunity management, quote, contract and order management relevant for our acquired business and ventures;

  • Interacting and collaborating with stakeholders and peers in the acquired businesses, markets, business and supporting functions like IT, Enterprise Information Management and Philips University to ensure capabilities are well designed, deployed and adopted in line with the business’s needs;

  • Driving real change through implementation, adoption and continuous improvement of processes, solutions and best practices in our markets and businesses;

  • Driving and managing integration and onboarding realization in line with defined KPIs and business objectives set out;

You are a part of a global team in the Services Market to Order (M2O) domain consisting of Business Process Experts, Business Information Experts, Product Owners and other types of experts that are active in our Business Transformation effort aimed to mature Philips into a more integrated and effective solutions organization. You will specifically support the new business integration and onboarding efforts including commercial capability building, services commercial capability development and performance management. You will be part of the Services Market to Order team and report to the Services Business Process Owner (BPO) for Market to Order (M2O).

You will be located in Global Competence Center in Łódź, where we centralize our business processes. Our focus is on supporting faster workflows and collaboration across departments, to enable leaner operations and improved results. 1000+ strong and growing, our Global Business Services EMEA Hub in Lódź teams speak 30 languages and represent 13 different nationalities, supporting our operations in 50 countries supported on a daily basis.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • Master’s degree by education or work experience;

  • Minimal 5 years of international commercial experience in the Business to Business domain covering catalog, opportunity (CRM), quote (Configure Price Quote – CPQ), contract and order management;

  • Working knowledge of the company’s B2B business domain or similar products and services and recurring based business models;

  • Pragmatic business acumen, understanding the value of standard work and practical solutions;

  • Hands-on experience with current IT platforms like CRM (eg Salesforce.com), Configure Price Quote (CPQ – eg Apttus) and/or SAP;

  • Strong communicator, able to interact with internal and external stakeholders, experts, peers and leaders;

  • Team player and natural collaborator;

  • Self-starter who takes initiative, values impact over effort and is motivated to drive performance;

  • Willing to travel internationally up to 10% of the time;

  • Fluent in English speaking and writing, other international languages preferred;
