Job Description

In this role, your purpose will be support and execute multiple recruiting projects as a junior recruiter. You will work on university initiatives in the Netherlands with a real impact and be given the chance to learn and develop in a dynamic and fast paced environment. You will be responsible to execute and monitor the E2E recruitment process. You will have the chance to learn and develop within a variety of staffing topics in a dynamic environment.

You are responsible for

• Responsible for implementation and realization of university hires;
• Working on ad-hoc tasks based on your interests and the organization needs
• Planning, coordinating and tracking small (sub)projects, which are mainly recruiting focused
• Being able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a pressurized environment and work proactively to ensure project milestones are met;

You are a part of

You will be part of a team of senior recruiters, working together with different regions, and business leaders. All HR professionals work passionately on different topics to design and execute the TA strategy for the new Domestic Appliances company.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Hands-on mentality, being able to connect with all layers of the organization

• Able to work autonomously and deal with ambiguity
• Fluency in English
• Experience with Excel
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Effective stakeholder management/ communication
• Experience from other internships is a benefit.
