The purpose of the Supply Planner is to ensure that the right products are available at assigned location within the Europe and Middle east region in order to fulfill customer orders on-time and in-full. This role includes good communication skills between our Suppliers, Logistic, Production and Customer operations in our production plants and within our Krakow center.

This person is responsible for correct data visible in planning systems, SAP and reporting tools and for communication to relevant stakeholder about product availability, supply disruptions, improvement and mitigation actions. As such supply planner has a very significant impact on Customer satisfaction, ON time deliveries, Warehouse occupation, Working capital and costs of production.

Accountabilities:

Ensure a feasible supply plan is in place to deliver on-time-in-full to our customers
Manage product flow using DDMRP (Demand Driven Material Replenishment) methodology in line with planning system proposals
Review/release & expedite Production Orders and Purchase orders
Execute network stock movements
Perform monthly stock reviews
Master data and product data maintenance
Management of backlog
Proactively identify and intervene on cases of overstock in order to maintain actual stock levels within target ranges
Maintain medium-term outlook on demand variations and ensure supply chain capacity is adjusted to meet requirements
Execute diagnostics of on-time-in-full failures and implement effective remedial actions with relevant functional teams.
Act as business single point of contact for Customer operations and Sales
Monitoring and regular reporting of Supply planning Goals and KPIs.
