Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to:

Use your communication skills to help colleagues from different countries with HR related questions.
You will be a support to HR Advisors / HR Administrators and Payroll Specialists helping them to complete tasks associated.

You are responsible for
Digital files uploading
HR data input to the systems
Running reports from SAP HR/ Workday

Solving simple employee queries

You are a part of

Our Global Competence Center in Łódź, where we
centralize our business processes. We bring together supporting roles within
HR, Finance, Procurement, Customer Service, Supply Chain and other,
enabling you to have a career in an international, cross functional
environment. Your future colleagues speak 25+ languages and represent 15+
different nationalities, supporting our operations in 50 countries on a daily
basis.

To succeed in this role, you
should have the following skills and experience

• Student of at least 2nd year of studies

• Fluent French (both orally and in writing)

• Communicative English (B2)

• Computer literacy (MS Windows, MS office) is essential

• Ability to effectively prioritize and organize workload

• Personal integrity when handling confidential information
