Your role
Do you have the drive to innovate and improve the products, services and processes around you? Do you want to help build an operating environment around high-profile fast moving tech teams? We’re looking for someone like that to join our CDIO IB GM Derivatives & Solutions Business Management Team and:
– help manage the stream-wide financials and related processes
– help build, manage and deliver a coherent workforce strategy and plan
– support the full life-cycle of programs and products across multiple portfolios
– support the management of ITO and software vendors and associated contracts
– support the management and tracking of cloud consumption across the stream
– analyze and improve existing processes and tools
– ensure compliance across our teams with all relevant UBS policies and procedures
– oversee processes around hiring, onboarding and external workforce integration
– deliver regular reports in an accurate and timely manner
– support ad-hoc and bespoke requests from management and stakeholders
– foster collaboration and information exchange between teams by hosting & joining community events
– work closely and collaboratively with the wider Business Management and central teams
– be a part of a high-performing global team on high-profile initiatives
Your team
You will be joining the existing CDIO IB Business Management team with specific responsible for the management of the delivery teams within GM Derivatives & Solutions. You will collaborate closely with the wider Business Management team, Senior Management, Business, Software Engineers and User Experience professionals based in multiple locations, namely London, Poland, Pune and the US.
Your expertise
– experience in a similar role within an Operating Management / Business Management team
– strong financial skills and experience with the supporting UBS tools and processes
– experience in building measures that help making conscious data-driven decisions
– strong analytical skills with high attention to details
– methodical planning and organization skills
– experience with process improvements
– firm knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel (pivot tables, vlookups)
