Customer Service Advisor for online store With Spanish
- Handling incoming calls, chat's and e-mails of Spanish-speaking customers,
- Quick and effective response to incoming customer inquiries,
- Providing feedback on recurring customer problems to Team Leader / Supervisor and relevant internal departments,
- Good knowledge of Spanish, min. B2 level,
- Ability to work between Monday-Sunday, between 08:00-19:00 from our office.
