Junior HR Specialist

HR Global Operations Team provides Human Resource administrative services for Aon colleagues globally.
Your key responsibilities:
- Support HR processes connected to employee life cycle in the organization (hire, change jobs, termination and other processes) and managing employee data in the systems
- Work with new technologies (e.g. robot producing employee documents)
- Respond to queries from HR representatives across the globe
- Cooperate with colleagues in other teams and countries to find solutions to HR-related issues
- Applying the changes to the processes in daily work
To be successful in this role you must have:
- Fluent English and communication skills
motivation to work in HR Administration department - 6 months of previous experience in administration or HR will be an asset
- Experience in International organization will be an asset
- Very good Time & Task Management skills
teamwork and communication skills - Analytical skills and ability to pay attention to details
