Who we are looking for

In this role you will work closely with our Consultant Relations Team to support the development and maintenance of our Consultant relationships with a particular focus on UK and Ireland. Areas of focus include assisting with market and competitive analysis, enhancing our understanding of Consultants, developing a database knowledge and maintenance strategy, and assisting with Requests for Proposal and Due Diligence Questionnaire oversight. Your work will directly support enhancing our consultant relationships and our growth and retention of assets under management. This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.

What you will be responsible for

As Institutional Client Group Consultant Relations Analyst you will

  • Advance Consultant organizational insights

    • Identify and maintain Consultant Organisational structures

    • Categorise decision makers and map back to sales and engagement strategy

    • Create information sharing structure across EMEA teams

    • Enhance EMEA team understanding of Salesforce data capture related to Consultant and Client connections and establish process for maintenance

  • Research Market and Consultant Trends

    • Develop framework to leverage meeting insights, recommendations and feedback for trend analysis

    • Identify investment, regulatory and other trends impacting the consultant and client landscape

    • Perform competitive analysis

  • Develop Consultant and Market Database knowledge to support sales and engagement strategies

    • Identify how databases are used, by whom, and create structure to incorporate this information into our strategy

    • Enhance utilization of databases to gather market and competitive analysis

    • Partner with COO team to create database maintenance strategy

  • Oversee Request for Proposals and Due Diligence Questionnaire process

    • Partner with the Consultant Relations Team to own the timely and accurate response to RFP/ DDQs through engagement with stakeholders and oversight of the process

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Min 2-3 years of experience in client facing team, preferably in asset management industry with a research or analytical background

  • Strong interest and understanding of financial markets

  • Familiarity working across European markets

  • University degree in business-related discipline preferred (e.g. Finance, Economics or Marketing)
