In this role, you have the opportunity to make life better

You will need to closely cooperate with the Global Organization and Functional stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and specified to the desired level of detail and follow (and co-create) Philips IT and GBS standards. You will also be required to work closely with the GBS IT Program team.

You are responsible for

· Support the delivery of IT GBS Transition framework, governance, policies, standards, processes and controls

· Collect in-scope processes and local application inventory

· Identify reference roles (user profiles and roles) for application access

· Assess impact of application access from new location

· Identify impacted individuals for onboarding / off-boarding

· Complete/validate matrix of standard roles and authorization profiles

· Identify Key Users (Lead User Authorization – LUA for Global Applications)

· Initiate request for onboarding / off-boarding, confirm onboarding & off-boarding is complete

· Develop and improve processes and procedures

· Takes ownership of resolving transition risks

· Delivering on transition plans with clear milestones and timelines aligned with stakeholders and reporting.

You are a part of an international team who will drive transitions around the world. This means you will interact with similar counterparts serving them with your specialist knowledge gained during our journey.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following:

· University degree (at least Bachelor)

· Relevant work experience (within IT and transition management)

· Very good English command (written and spoken)

· Ability to effectively coordinate multiple, concurrent activities, while understanding and managing dependencies and risk

· Excellent people, communication, co-ordination & stakeholder management skills

· Strong Project Management & Change Management skills

· Organized approach to planning, documenting and reporting

· LEAN Daily Management (or willingness to learn)
