Who we are looking for

Reporting to the Global Head of Product Data, this position will be responsible for the management of ETF, Mutual Fund and Cash product information (text and data) on the SSGA websites globally. The Website Product Data Analyst will be required to focus on both strategic and tactical goals and should have a good business analyst (BA) type skillset. This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.

What you will be responsible for

As Product Data Business Analyst you will

  • Manage fund launches and other fund changes on our websites (ssga.com) globally. You will work closely with multiple internal partners including product development, funds management, legal, compliance, marketing, data and IT teams.

  • Oversight of processes to ensure our websites contain up to date and accurate product information at all times.

  • Specify any change requirements for the website or website product management tools and work closely with technical teams to review, build, test and implement these changes.

  • Act as subject matter expert for product information (text and data) decisions related to our websites and factsheets.

  • Work with data teams to problem solve quickly and efficiently.

  • Provide quality assurance testing support and leadership for key projects.

  • Build strong working relationships and collaborate with internal groups and external partners to be successful.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to improve and evolve current processes.

  • Drive teamwork and consensus with partners and project team members.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-3 years or more business analyst experience

  • Investment management industry, specifically experience with ETFs and Mutual Funds

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Strong, proven product and project management skills, especially in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, working on multiple projects at any given time.
