Job Purpose:
To contribute to the optimisation of the distribution scheduling operations by collecting performance data, analyse the data and translate in recommendations for improvements.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Ensure all customer data and equipment are properly registered in SAP and scheduling IT tools (e.g. products, tanks, delivery time windows and SLAs for each site, trucks weight, drivers data, site location map)
- Update and maintain the cost-to serve tariffs model database (customers segmentation)
- Cooperate with Scheduler or VMI specialist to investigate unusual order generation
- Train schedulers in the use of tools
- Build solid relationships with the OtD Team and between Order to Delivery in order to ensure alignment of overall OF strategy
- Delivering OtD targets and performance for Operational Units (with differing cultures and ways of working) from an offshore location
- Creating reports for management and stakeholders
Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- University degree
- Min 1 year of experience preferably in Logistics, Finance
- English min. B2
- Very good analytical skills
- Team player
- Strong IT skills
- Excel knowledge for creating own reports and data analysis
