In this role you will have a range of responsibilities, including:
- Managing outsourcing processes (risk appetite, risk assessment, approval, ongoing monitoring, internal and external reporting)
- Maintain, analyze and monitor the outsourcing inventory in cooperation with colleagues in Switzerland and Poland
- Collaboration with internal business partners (1st, 2nd and 3rd line of defense) and global TPRM teams
- Providing regular reporting, analysis, and advisory presentations to internal business partner
- Leading day-to-day BAU functional activities; problem solving, trouble shooting, issue management, reporting and communication
Your team
The EMEA Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) team is responsible for the design, implementation, and support of the TPRM framework, processes and management. This is a diverse role covering elements of banking supervision, governance, strategy, analytics, compliance, performance monitoring and process management.
You will be working in Krakow. Your line manager will be based in Frankfurt and you’ll be working with stakeholders in other locations around the world. They are highly motivated and committed individuals, who are solution-oriented, creative and fun to work with.
Your expertise
• 4-6 years of experience in the international work environment (preferably in business management, governance, finance, projects etc.)
• fluent written and spoken English and preferably German
• advanced MS Office suite skills including Excel (Pivots, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint, and interests in data analysis and database design and management
• very good analytical skills
• strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• very good organizational skills and flexible approach
