Overall Job Purpose
Responsible for Workforce Management, Business Intelligence teams for a global Majorel account
Duties and Responsibilities
- Workforce Management: Ensuring the successful on time & accurate delivery of the WFM cycle (Forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, real-time-management, reporting & tool maintenance)
- Business Intelligence: Delivering on time & accurate reports, business analysis and invoicing support
Other Duties
- Optimization: Continued review & optimization of existing tools & processes
- Documentation & Data:
- Ensure processes are documented and kept up-to-date
- Adherence to data-related commitments (includes access management, data pseudonymization and deletion)
- Transition of operating practices, tools, communications & data from client network to Majorel network
- Collaboration: Collaboration with other Majorel accounts & central Majorel functions (e.g. WFM Hub, PowerBI workshops) to share best practices & seek learnings/improvements
- Key Tools in Scope: staff database, scheduling tool, time-tracking tool
- People Management
- Other duties as required
Required Qualifications & Experience
Must Haves/Essentials:
- Minimum 2 years in a Workforce Manager position
- Experience working with multiple LOBs, countries & stakeholders
- Project Management skills
- Analytical, attention to detail
