Your role
The Adversary Simulations Technical Product Manager role stands as the main security subject matter expert within the Adversary Protection & Simulation service responsible for:
• Product lifecycle and operational stability of all adversary simulation technologies, acting as main tollgate between UBS internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Identification, evolution and design of UBS’s cyber simulation strategy, in adherence with UBS security posture around the cloud and on premises initiatives.
• Responsible for the continuous feedback loop between CISO and Cyber Security Services to ensures all the managed security technologies reach operational and design effectiveness expectations.
We’re looking for someone like that to:
• Challenge the “status quo” within external partners and security vendors to align technology with UBS’s cyber simulation strategy.
• Guarantee sustainability and operational effectiveness across the entire UBS product lifecycle.
• Be accountable and ultimate owner of the required frameworks that serves as baseline to operate the security solutions deliver over simulation protection technologies.
• Research and seek for updates on new capabilities that are delivered via enhancements or upgrades over cyber simulation technology controls against modern cyber threats.
• Communicate transparently and frequently across service consumers and platform providers to ensure expectations and requirements are met across all cyber simulation technologies.
• Work closely with Security CTO, Technology Risk Management, Security Technical Architecture and Security Engineering functions
•Support program/project governance within the UBS framework for all change and run initiatives

The Adversary Protection & Simulation service, within Cyber Security services, is a global team that sits under Group Technology Infrastructure and Security Engineering.
Our service focus on providing consolidated and reliable security solutions that follow the “secure-by-design” principles, implementing key adversary and threat mitigating technology controls used to protect UBS infrastructure in both, cloud and on-premise environments, against modern cyber threats.
As Adversary Simulations Technical Product Manager, you'll be part of the Adversary Protection service team in Wroclaw.

Your expertise
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Security, or equivalent.
• Practical experience in managing security technologies and cyber security integration projects.
• Lean on deep subject-matter expertise in one or more areas such as malware protection including endpoint, email, web2desktop and/or storage infrastructures.
• Demonstrate strong domain-specific knowledge regarding technology capabilities, key competitors’ products and differentiating features.
• Natural ability to take the lead and drive the investigation of complex technical issues, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with security technology and ability to facilitate communication between business and technology teams.
• Broad information security knowledge and experience in defending large enterprises.
• Technical understanding of email infrastructures and enterprise networks, how to protect them and their various components and designs.
• Familiar with security processes in a large organization, including the definition and follow-up of standard operational procedures, incident and problem management and change requests.
• Self-driven professional interested in the world of cyber security.
• Confident communicator that can explain technology to non-technical audiences.
• Capable of understanding client needs and translating this into products and services.
• Dedicated teammate who is passionate about building positive relationships with our partners, product owners and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
