Responsibilities:
- providing front line advice and support on HR related matters to internal customers,
- responding to questions and cases submitted by employees via telephone or e-mail and registering and controlling client cases in ServiceNow system,
- ensuring that incoming enquiries to the People Services team are answered in a professional and efficient manner,
- providing support to internal customers on HR processes, internal policies and procedures,
- using process knowledge to show customers how to retrieve information through the various channels,
- identifying opportunities for improvement in HR processes and tools.
Requirements:
- previous experience in a customer service environment will be an asset,
- experience in general HR function will be an asset,
- relevant higher education (preferably in HR),
- highly developed communication skills,
- capability of working in a fast-paced, dynamic and multicultural environment,
- can-do attitude and problem-solving skills, with an eagerness to learn and grow,
- team player with high customer orientation,
- fluent in English and Dutch.
