WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

You will be based in our Poznan office as part of a Center of Excellence team.

You will perform a wide range of administrative tasks according to the service portfolio for local recruiting teams in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region. You will be in close contact with other support staff members and consultants within our firm.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You will support various recruiting activities to attract the best talent to McKinsey and work with a team of recruiters on tasks which have international outreach.

In this role, you will help organize attraction events for candidates (ensure proper and timely communication, administer sign up process, gather relevant documents, support recruiters with administering system database) and organize coaching sessions for candidates. You will assist recruiters in coordinating video conference interviews including identifying interviewers, arranging logistics, preparing materials, communicating all details to candidates and hiring managers, etc.

You will help create, maintain and distribute candidate and interview files, support maintenance of relevant databases and process data from databases. You will be in close contact with other support staff members and consultants across the firm and perform a range of administrative tasks, providing assistance where needed (updating recruiting calendar and helping coordinate consultants deployment or recruiting events).

You will also work on continuous improvement projects with the recruiting team and participate in various assignments locally, regionally and globally.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in HR or related field
  • Solid knowledge of Windows applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Distinct quality mindset and attention to detail

  • Ability to work and stay focused under pressure
  • Ability to build strong and trustworthy relationships with others and to effectively contribute to a highly collaborative, remote work environment
