The opportunity
The Executive Risk Management function is looking for an experienced Risk Management professional to join the Global Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team. In this role, you will actively contribute to strengthening our ERM program by working closely with and reporting to the Global ERM Leadership, ERM Senior Management and collaborating with the ERM network across the Regions and Areas to build on processes, methodology and tools to support the ERM program.
The opportunity is location agnostic and involves very limited, if any, travel.
Your key responsibilities
- Work independently and/or in small team to develop and build on components of the ERM program – e.g. ERM approach and methodology, risk reporting, Key Risk Indicator dashboard, risk appetite etc.
- Support Global Risk Management Senior Management in achieving the priorities, annual goals and objectives.
- Work with the technology team, develop and maintain the risk reporting platform to increase visibility and business impact for the Management and Leadership.
- Develop and maintain risk reporting templates that incorporate into dashboards, reports from the technology solution and other necessary supporting information to meet the reporting requirements of leadership – e.g., Area, Regional and Country Leaderships, Risk Management Executive Committee (RMEC), Global Executive (GE), etc.
- Contribute to the ERM technology platform development by identifying improvement opportunities, perform user testing etc.
- Establish and enhance relationships with the ERM network and other functions to coordinate risk management efforts.
- Promote ERM awareness and capabilities across the EY organization on the ERM technology platform and ERM program including the ERM playbook, roles and responsibilities. This will include but not limited to
- lead trainings for the ERM network, Risk Owners etc
- training for business sub-functions
- Support the Communication Strategy including preparing drafts, identifying and maintaining the recipient lists
- Support Regions and Areas to drive a consistent and ERM program across multiple geographies
- Deliver consistently against an agreed schedule, with flexibility and modification as necessitated

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Prior Enterprise Risk Management experience
- Proficiency in risk management concepts and principles
- Experience working with the RSA Archer
- Proficiency in MS office tools – Excel, Power point, Word
- Experience working with diverse personnel from across the globe and able to influence and drive consensus
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Experience working with the Power BI tools
