• manage senior executive agenda
• partner with stakeholders across and outside the company on organizing conference calls and meetings
• maintain the administrative structure of the team (distribution lists, org charts, headcount lists)
• support on administrative, HR and technical questions from the team
• handle various ad-hoc requests
Your team
You’ll be working as Business Administrative Support to Credit Risk Methodology in Credit Risk Methodology department in Krakow, Poland. We are dynamic and international Team which offers collaboration, challenge, and development. Our main responsibility is to manage and coordinate the various tasks to ensure the administrative background for the team.

Your expertise
• a strong communicator, comfortable to interact with colleagues at all organization levels
• proactive, organized and able to prioritize the tasks
• flexible and able to work independently, focused and with attention to details
• team player able to take responsibility for the tasks
• excellent written and verbal English skills (German knowledge is an asset)
• knowledge of Microsoft Office package
