In this role, you have the opportunity to

You are responsible for

• Processing order activities in SAP & and other supporting applications
• Handling all activities related to order intake, order processing, product and pricing information, warehouse communication
• Maintaining all databases and reports on the regular basis and within agreed timeline
• Handling of Customer Complaints
• Performing of the manual corrections for all sales documents related to the inland/export shipments to the clients
• Return process management – execution of documents flow between customer and accounting department
• Reporting, monitoring and the control of order book in an organized and compliant manner (ICS/SOx)
• Together with team members continuously implementing improvements through Lean tooling and disciplines

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Bachelor’s degree or vocational (MBO) degree with relevant work experience
• Previous experience in Order Management or alike
• Knowledge of logistics / supply chain nice to have
• Very good level of French and English - min. B2 level
• Knowledge of SAP and/or equivalent ERP systems would be beneficial
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Cultural awareness and pro-active behavior
