We need somebody like you for our Control Tower & Risk Management team. Grow with us while putting your key skills to use on:
• providing correct and concise data analysis for the Business Sector Operating Head BC Switzerland
• developing reporting based on multiple data sources (sourcing, combining, clustering)
• producing regular and ad-hoc reports
• preparing business cases and scenario calculations,
• visualizing data and analyses results for management reporting and presentations
• presenting content adjusted to respective audience seniority level
• performing analyses on client behaviours (segmentation, pattern definition, etc.)
• continuously gathering business knowledge to deeply understand main services
• collaborating with service owners in creating new reports
• continuously enhancing and challenging current status quo in reporting to bring more value
Your team
You’ll be working in the Control Tower team focused on Front Support Organization in Global Wealth Management COO Operating Head BC Switzerland. We support the COO Wealth Management in Switzerland in operational tasks and activities, as well as in strategic projects and initiatives.
We are further expanding our team in Wroclaw to increase our capabilities in delivering key strategic priorities. This role will provide the opportunity to grow and to expand your knowledge as well as your network across various areas within Wealth Management.
Your expertise
• relevant experience in comparable roles, preferably in the Financial Industry
• experience with data handling (sourcing, cleansing and preparation), familiar with common data tools SQL, SAS, MS Access
• ability to visualize data according to a respective audience (using Excel VBA/ Power Query, Tableau, etc.)
• good organizational, communication and presentation skills
• sound understanding of statistics, main data mining techniques and relevant software (e.g. clustering, predictive modelling, R, SAS, SPSS)
• conceptual mindset, open for new approaches and with interest in innovative methods
• ability to recognize dependences, connections and context very quickly
