Your role

We are looking for a Technical Risk Manager/Compliance Officer who will help us:
• ensure UBS standards and guidance provided by respective policies are followed
• manage complex Outsourcing Due Diligence (ODP) processes for Marketing Platforms services (new initiatives as well as amendments)
• gather and maintain relevant evidences for audit and regulatory purposes
• cooperate with the Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) unit to safeguard the quality and standards for all MP initiatives
• manage third party risk assessments (3Pisa), driving related reports and running the internal repository of evidences.
• run the monthly Risk & Compliance review meeting with Head of Marketing Platforms
• support Key Procedure Control (KPC) related activities, e.g. consolidating KPC Instance (KPCI) reports for semi-annual reviews
• provide planned and ad-hoc audit reports (internal and external)
• create and maintain Records Management status reports
• ensure services Minimum Enterprise Requirements (MERs) for Records Management
• ensure required contract risk controls are executed
• provide daily support and expertise mainly in the area of portfolio reporting and contract management
• become the main process expert for Logistics Platform

Your team

You'll be working as part of the C&B Marketing Platforms Risk Management & Compliance team. Your position will be based in Wroclaw or Krakow.
This role will require you to cooperate with and regularly report to senior management.

Your expertise

• university degree
• 3+ years of previous experience in the financial industry, tech industry or procurement
• working experience with senior stakeholders in international environment
• leading by example when it comes to commitment, integrity and attention to detail
• excellent analytical skills, ability to convert data to actionable management information
• willing to learn – need to quickly understand the organizational context
• very good skills in MS Office (particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint)
• very good command of written and spoken English
