Who we are looking for


Lead a team of non-core technology developers leveraging VBA, Xceptor, RPA and more with a view towards increasing automation and driving efficiency within the Fund Accounting business. This is a role seeking the right open-minded individual to make it their own and drive it as far as they want.

The successful candidate will be strongly independent, have the vision required to lead the team forward into new opportunities as they emerge, and will help forge an engaging career development pathway for the team.

This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.


Why this role is important to us


Supporting a business footprint of over a thousand people and maintaining ownership for approach 900 existing macros, this team sits at the centre of non-core technology for Fund Accounting in Poland. With the right leadership this team is expected to create tangible efficiencies each year, as well as support operations in the areas of risk reduction, timeliness improvement, and client experience.


What you will be responsible for

  • Manage a team of skilled non-core technology developers, styling a development pathway that keeps the team constantly expanding their knowledge and skillset

  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders, creating that vital link between technology and business

  • Create and work towards a compelling future vision for what the team can offer

  • Develop connections with other like-minded teams regionally and/or globally

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • University Degree

  • A minimum of 5+ years’ experience in the financial services industry

  • Previous experience in automation tools and as a manager

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft products

  • Strong communication skills and advanced command of English
