Your role

Are you passionate about employee experience and talent management? Are you an incredibly organized, skilled multitasker with an eye for detail and an analytical mind?

We are looking for someone like that to support us with the rollout of employee surveys and virtual focus groups and application of the results.

You'll:
• Be involved in implementing our employee listening strategy through surveys, focus groups and data correlation
• Assist with the execution of employee surveys, analyze results and prepare insightful presentations
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and our external vendors

Your team

You'll be working within our Talent & Recruiting function with teams around the world. Our purpose is to shape the future of UBS by finding great talent, building winning teams and being the best place to grow. You'll be a member of the Employee Experience team, who are responsible for the development and implementation of the Employee Listening strategy across the organization. In your role you'll be working closely with your colleagues in the team, as well as stakeholders from different HR functions across the globe.

Your expertise

• a university degree or equivalent education, ideally in Psychology, Statistics or Data Analytics
• good analytical skills and some basic knowledge of statistical data analysis
• excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
• strong project management, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• strong written & verbal communication skills in English, German or French would be beneficial
