What you’ll do:

• Coordinate Go-to-Market related requests for new product launches in collaboration with Marketing & PR teams
• Coordinate the collection and consolidation of information from the markets
• Coordinate various tasks to support product launches and other marketing programs
• Monitor deadlines and follow up with relevant stakeholders
• Maintain the documentation for the Affiliate Marketing & PR department
• Organize meetings including preparation of agenda and meeting minutes
• Support different ad hoc projects and requests, as required

What you’ll need:

• Good communication skills
• Good organizational and coordination skills
• High ownership of the tasks you are given
• Attention to details
• Willingness and openness to learn
• Advanced level in English
• Other European languages will be an asset
• Marketing or Project Management related studies preferred
