Your responsibilities:

  • Processing of payroll-related personnel administration
  • Clarification of payroll, tax and social security issues
  • Finding solutions to enquiries about our payroll accounting software
  • Supporting customers from Slovakia
  • Parameterization of complex payroll accounting cases
  • Supporting system setup for existing and potentially new customers
  • Support of our program users as a technical contact person
  • Support of employees on the client side in payroll-related issues
  • Active participation in the further development and optimization of our software and service processes

Our requirements:

  • Very good Slovak (both written and spoken)
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Strong experience in the payroll area or tax clerk (m/f/d) with a focus on payroll accounting
  • Practical experience in payroll accounting for Slovakia area
  • Knowledge of income tax and social security law
  • Practical experience in dealing with a common billing system
  • Experienced handling of the common MS-Office tools
  • You can work both independently and, in a team, and are willing to take on responsibility
  • Analytical thinking and quick comprehension
  • Strong service and customer orientation
