Your responsibilities:
- Perform all BAU tasks related to Fund Accounting in timely manner and according to procedures,
- Perform, execute and materialize controls for managed operational processes,
- Perform all admin tasks including some payments and reconciliations,
- Proactively communicate any cases that could be subject to escalation. Ensure that escalation flow is being respected,
- Maintain superior relationship with business partners and clients,
- Actively participate in internal or external projects and ensure that all the deadlines are achieved,
- Proactively support line Team Leader in any BAU topics, crisis management, meetings and projects,
- Responding to queries from internal or external sources in relation to the activity,
- Investigation and fixing any issues regarding daily business to avoid delays,
- Active participation and implementation of new processes and clients acquisitions,
- Coaching/on the job training of new employees,
- Support management to ensure that all KPIs are updated and distributed on regular basis,
- Actively support teams across entire department in their business,
- Support management with escalations,
- Escalate any system issues and extraordinary events to the management,
- Take responsibility for the whole team,
- Taking on projects and additional assignment,
- Acting as a point of contact to the business partner
Our Requirements:
- Fluent English is required as you will be working directly with the location and/or clients
- Accounting skills are essential, experience in corporate accounting, audit or private equity firms is a must
- Good Knowledge of Private Capital fund structures/regulations will be considered as an advantage
- Sound understanding of accounting principles
- Strong understanding of financial markets, financial instruments and debt instruments
- Knowledge of banking relationships and covenants
- Intermediate to Advanced computer software skills, including MS Excel and other accounting packages
- Client centric mindset
