In this role, you have the opportunity to make life better

Specialists in Procurement Center of Expertise are responsible of executing the standardized and harmonized business processes for the Procurement domain in which they operate. They perform the Procurement transactional operations, guard the process quality on operational level and support internal and external participants of the process and users of the connected systems. They are responsible to monitor user behaviors, capture learnings and actively share experiences with respective BPEs.

You are responsible for

  • Execute on applicable process steps
  • Guard process quality on operational level
  • Perform 1st and 2nd line support activities
  • Provide regular standardized trainings for system users
  • Provide system maintenance and updates
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects or initiatives locally and globally
  • Ensures compliance with Procurement policies and procedures, codes of ethics and general business principles
  • Manages relationship with the internal customers and stakeholders proactively

You are a part of

Our focus is on supporting faster workflows and collaboration across departments, to enable leaner operations and improved results. 1000+ strong and growing, our Global Business Services EMEA Hub in Lódź teams speak 30 languages and represent 13 different nationalities, supporting our operations in 50 countries supported on a daily basis.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

  • Communicate effectively

  • Stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
  • Process and connected system knowledge and understanding
  • Fluent English (B2+)
  • Previous professional experience in a corporate environment will be an asset
