We are looking for a candidate who can work Full-time and will become available for regular entry-level position towards the end of the program.

Overview of State street internship

Whilst reporting to the HR & Payroll Operations Manager this role within GHR Shared Services is required to provide a hands on focus primarily responsible for the HR & Payroll Operations team including accountability of all associated compliance, statutory reporting and administration supportive activities.

This role has a high level of focus on HR Administration in a complex operating model and compensation structure.

The primary responsibilities and duties include

  • Support in administration of company benefits and pension plans – enrolments, terminations, changes
  • Cooperation across key areas such as HR, Finance, Payroll
  • Provide reports and analysis on HR metrics and other ad-hoc requests.
  • Perform other general HR administrative duties
  • Data acquisition / processing in the HR systems and MS Office systems
  • Support in day-to-day business

Your profile:

  • Willing to gain experience in employee benefits
  • Proficient in English
  • Very good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel (practical use of various functions, e.g. pivot tables, V look-up functions)
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize, do multiple tasks at once, do quality work, and be detail-oriented under pressure
  • Ability to work in a team, positive work attitude and interest in an international work environment
