The Learning Administrator A1 is responsible for planning and scheduling training delivery across regions based on the planned curriculum and ad-hoc needs. The role will support training readiness and effectiveness activities for training sessions for Global Delivery department. This involves tracking and managing location based learning resources and measuring key metrics related to training effectiveness as well as reporting out training session effectiveness to learning leadership.
The Learning Administrator A1 plans out logistical details, learner invites and facilitation, co-ordinates site logistics and learner details with Facilitators before each session. Works as LMS Administrator for training modules and learner registrations.
This role will report directing into Program Manager and / or Resource Manager locally.
Responsibilities:
- Plan training schedule and logistics based on business and regional requirements
- Coordinating training sessions based on regional business and program needs
- Socialize training schedule with training developers and trainers
- Send out calendar invites before training sessions along with reference materials, handouts and FAQ documents
- Co-ordinate with site logistics department to reserve training rooms, projectors, print-outs and other session related requirements
- Resolve any delivery related issues raised by the Delivery Coordinators or Trainers for a particular location
- Own tracking and providing post training debriefs and reports out training program effectiveness to Ops and Admin lead and the Regional Learning Leads
- Track effectiveness of training programs
- Monitor adherence to the established training programs to ensure standard work in the training programs
- Document feedback during daily sync up with trainers to help the learning team identify strengths as well as areas of improvement
- Puts together reports on training effectiveness and lessons learned and presents to regional and global learning leadership
- Own intern planning and scheduling
- Track effectiveness of training programs
- Analyze data and take appropriate action
- Resolve any delivery related issues raised by the Delivery Coordinators or Trainers

Level of Education/ Specific Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education or work experience
- PC skills (Microsoft office suite), including strong Excel data analysis/manipulation
