Who we are looking for

We are looking for Talent Sourcing Partner ready to join our Talent Acquisition Team in Poland. The Talent Acquisition function at State Street is the internal function dedicated to managing the optimum sourcing channels with an aim to identify the best talents available across the market. The Talent Sourcing Partner will play key role in supporting recruitment processes for State Street's business units. You will use sourcing techniques to support Recruiters in hiring right candidates as well as partner with Business Managers and share your market expertise.

This role can potentially be performed fully remotely from home within Poland area or you can work from our offices in Kraków or Gdańsk in a hybrid model.

Your new role

As a Talent Sourcing Partner, Associate 2 you will:

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to find the right qualified talent for the ongoing and future recruitment needs
  • Use networking, internet searching,Linkedin, candidate mining, social media presence, and any other effort to source and identify passive candidates
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of diverse candidates to support continuous recruitment and improve awareness about key external talent.
  • Assist with job analysis, job descriptions, and phone interviews
  • Manage basic admin task related to recruitment

What We Value

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Around 1-3 years of proven experience in advanced candidate search and sourcing techniques
  • Experience in finding right talents for various-level positions in multiple business units
  • Understanding of financial market is an advantage
  • Experience in market mapping and presenting job market trends to business managers would be an asset
  • Good command of English

  • Organizational skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple searches simultaneously
  • Adaptable in approach and work style to changing demands and fast-paced environments
