Senior Process Reengineering Manager
Location: Whole Poland

Purpose Of Role:

  • The Senior Process Reengineering Manager will contributing to a GD Transformation program and will be supporting various business units in changing their operating models towards standardization, simplification and automation on one side, and on the other side to stay on top of the competitive environment and respond to Clients’ needs best possible way.
  • Senior Process Reengineering Manager is acting as a Project Manager and is responsible for meeting project goals within agreed scope and time. The jobholder may also assist the Program Manager/Portfolio Manager with large regional projects.
  • The jobholder will be primarily accountable for Process Reengineering-type projects.

Specific Duties:

As a Senior Process Improvement Manager, Assistant Vice President you will:

  • Manage the delivery of a number of change initiatives and projects, with front to back ownership of the full project lifecycle
  • Develop and manage relationships with project sponsors and partners across the business and infrastructure, working closely with all stakeholders to ensure a sustainable and cohesive project delivery
  • Establish and monitor an effective oversight framework to ensure that issues and risks to the project are appropriately identified, escalated and resolved
  • Define robust communication strategy and provide transparency around delivery progress to all key stakeholders
  • Utilize key project management tools and techniques and maintain document artefacts to a high standard in order to meet the demands of the project
  • Prepare and lead key project meetings, including steering committees and working groups
  • Collaborate with internal and external groups to identify, analyze and proactively resolve issues

Specific Qualifications / Skills:

  • Excellent knowledge of project management and continuous improvement methodologies & techniques (e.g. PMP, Prince, BPMN, Lean/Six Sigma Green/Black Belt).
  • Proficiency in English is a must.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Successful track record in problem-solving
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
  • Evidence of strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to influence people without direct reporting lines.
  • Excellent managerial skills enabling managing project team working under tight deadlines.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills including experience in face to face presentations to senior management.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills

Level Of Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required

Previous Level Of Experience:

  • 7+ years of proven project management experience (preferably in leading continuous improvement initiatives).
  • Financial Industry expertise is a plus
