We’re looking for a colleague in the HR “Perform & Get Rewarded” project crew to:
• be responsible for the implementation of our new role framework across the company from start to finish
• champion the long-term strategy and product development for roles and career mapping at UBS, considering impact on the employee lifecycle and ensuring delivery aligned with UBS strategic priorities and integration with all HR domains
• interact with internal clients and stakeholders at all levels to understand their needs and develop and implement client centric solutions
• design processes for continuous update of the roles framework with a future outlook
• define operational activities and offering that meets business objectives and be responsible for operational delivery (role levelling requests, impact on compensation, recruiting, etc.)

Your team

You’ll be working in the “Perform & Get Rewarded” (P&GR) Crew. P&GR shapes and drives performance management and reward strategies to ensure sustainable performance, delivery of the right reward and support of our culture and behaviors. And we deliver client focused insights to support data driven people decisions.

Your expertise

You have:
• Extensive experience in HR topics with the ability to quickly grasp complex challenges and define effective, pragmatic and tangible solutions
• First experiences with HR-driven transformation topics, preferably with role leveling/grading in large organizations
• Experience working in an agile project management environment with analytical and organizational skills to drive global initiatives in a complex stakeholder landscape
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, thought leadership and flexibility, and the ability to appreciate, create and explain the big picture
• Solid banking business knowledge, technology experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, at any level within an organization

You are:
• Highly resourceful, self-motivated, and adaptive to changing priorities, with meticulous attention to detail, superb follow through and follow up skills and ability to manage a complex and diverse workload
• A collaborative, driven, and open communicator who is happy working in a fluid and complex environment, able to reach an effective consensus, under pressure of time
• Prepared to be hands-on and focused on simplicity and dive into the details
• Able to judge when to constructively challenge senior stakeholders, IT and solution design, to achieve the right strategic outcome
