Key Information Analyst (KIID) – Associate 2
Location: Kraków

This position is a part of Key Information Document team in Krakow offering an opportunity for the successful candidate to gain knowledge of key investor information documents, PRIIPs and synthetic risk reward calculation.

Specific Duties:

  • Prepare accurate and timely risk reporting to support risk report generation in relation to new PRIIPs regulations
  • Ensure maintenance and integrity of internal risk data and systems
  • Prepare Ongoing Charges monitoring spreadsheets according to the procedures
  • Investigate the differences, prepare summary spreadsheets and backups
  • Identify, aggregate, and utilize different sources of data in the risk report generation process
  • Support report owners in the development, design, and enhancements of risk reports to improve the identification, assessment, management of risk related issues and process efficiencies
  • Investigate the differences, prepare summary spreadsheets and backups
  • Work to tight deadlines in order to meet clients timelines
  • Maintain and develop proper relationships with KIID Donor Site staff and other departments in State Street Poland and Donor Site
  • Review monitoring spreadsheets and other work prepared by KIID analytics to ensure their completeness and accuracy
  • Train, coach and instruct junior staff in the department
  • Work with Team Manager to manage work of KIID analytics
  • Other ad hoc tasks requested by team manager

Specific skills required:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel and Word
  • Ideally education related to finance
  • Excellent Analytical skills
  • Good communication and writing skills
  • Accuracy
  • Ability of working to tight deadlines
  • Have an enquiring mind and a willingness to investigate and solve problems
  • Ability to delegate work to junior staff
  • Have a thorough understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Takes Ownership and Initiative

Min 1-3 years of experience in fund industry
