What you’ll be DOING
What will your essential responsibilities include?
- Convert analysis into compelling stories and opportunities, engaging key leaders across the business, to drive forward AXA XL client centric agenda.
- Perform research and collect data regarding clients /brokers / markets to highlight trends and identify opportunities to business.
- Use customer data, advanced analytics, and future looking insights to gain a deeper understanding of our client / broker portfolio to drive higher customer engagement and loyalty.
- Elicit qualitative and quantitative data to provide accurate customer insight from multiple sources (research, online data, operations, etc.) to produce actionable business recommendations.
- Use a range of data and research analysis tools, including Power Bi, SQL, Qlik, Infographics to produce meaningful presentations for stakeholders at every level.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to maximize AXA XL potential and raise its market presence.
- Work on larger scale projects and initiatives with wider business and key stakeholders.
You will report to local Manager.
What you will BRING
We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience of working within a Customer/Client facing role collating and analyzing data/insights (i.e., research, surveys, analysis etc.)
- Intermediate knowledge of data visualization tools (Power Bi, Power Apps, SQL, Qlik, and others).
- Proficient Microsoft Office user (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Stakeholder management and communication skills
- Able to work to tight deadlines, and to evidence consistent delivery, in line with agreed timescales.
- Proven ability to manage larger scale projects and initiatives
Additional Skills (Preferred; not mandatory):
- Background /experience of market research methodologies, insurance, economics, marketing, or finance would be an asset
