- Delivering operational plans and setting day-to-day team objectives
- Motivating and engaging the team
- Building positive relationships with internal and external business partners
- Ensuring the realization of tasks for the team according to good practice and Service Level Agreements
- Ensuring compliance with external regulatory requirements, internal control standards and group compliance policy
- Ensuring timely month-end activities accordingly to Arla's closing table

Experienced leader with flair for accountancy
You are a natural leader, with proven track record of success in SSC or BPO organization. You know P2P/O2C/A2R area as the back of your hand and have no fear to challenge status quo, to bring them to the highest efficiency. You have been leading team for at least 1 year, in world- class international organization and working in matrix is not new to you. You are inspired toward excellence and efficiency, with no acceptance for "good enough".
You motivate your team by building strong relations, with a high respect for professionalism, enabling them to grow and develop. Your global mind set and end to end understanding of processes allows you to relate with stakeholders on various levels and within different cultures.
Lead to engage the people
To be successful in that role you have to speak English fluently. We are looking for ambitious people who are able to work under pressure in very challenging and changeable environment. Therefore, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. In addition we expect the candidate to know how to inspire colleagues to perform high-class results while keeping up a positive energy and high spirits.
