The Global Delivery Tooling Services (GDTS) tower develops, deploys on new deals and operates a number of ITIL standard service and system management solutions on behalf of Atos Managed Services.
The Poland GDTS Tower is now looking for candidates who will join the team responsible for development, operations and maintenance of Service Management tool suite ATF2 based on the “ServiceNow” solution which is used to support ITIL processes such as Incident Management, Change Management, Service Request Management and many more.
ServiceNow Reporting Business Analyst scope:
Responsible for requirement analysis on the global ServiceNow instance in the reporting scope. Close alignment with customers and creation of specifications for the development of reports. Hands-on approach and capability to create reports in ServiceNow (mainly Performance Analytics), yet this scope is expected to broaden and be exposed to all ITSM processes. Working closely with international teams. Involved in architectural designs. Close working relationship with the product manager for reporting and all the other PM’s and BA’s of ServiceNow. We are partnering with ServiceNow to bring added functionality to the ServiceNow Reporting suite (Performance Analytics – Reporting).
